Timeless British fabric and wallpaper, created by celebrated designer Charlotte Gaisford
I design all my fabrics and wallpapers from my studio in rural Northumberland. My inspiration comes from everywhere, visits to museums, travels abroad, family heirlooms discovered in a chest of drawers. Each pattern tells a story, combining traditional English style with bold, cheerful colours.
How we work
All our fabrics and wallpapers are printed to order in the north of England using 100% natural materials. Nothing sits in a stock room, we only make what you need, which means less waste and it's better for the environment. British-made from start to finish.

This beautifully put together book, shows you room recipes and shows you what wallpaper, fabric, paints and plain fabric combine to create a whole room scheme. There is also information about how to use colour and Charlotte talks about her background and how she started her business.

Yes, we offer fabric and wallpaper samples so you can see the quality, colour, and texture before committing to a full order.
Yes, we ship our fabrics and wallpapers worldwide. Delivery times vary by location, but we work with reliable couriers to ensure your order arrives safely.
For fabric the minimum order is 1m per pattern and the wallpaper is just one roll for retail customers and 2 rolls for trade customers.
We print the fabric and wallpaper to order for you and it takes about 10-14 days, then it is sent to you directly from the printers via courier. International orders are sent to us and then we send them on using a courier.
Absolutely. We work with interior designers, curtains makers on residential and commercial projects. Trade accounts and project support are available.
We only recommend you use the fabric on light use items, like a bedroom chair or a headboard.
All our fabrics are dry clean only to preserve their quality and colour.
We offer bespoke colour customisation for many of our designs. If you're working on a specific project and need a particular colourway, get in touch to discuss your requirements.
